  6. 60% of American job searches originate on mobile devices. 80% in Korea/Taiwan/Japan. Numbers growing. So-called “blue collar” jobs have significantly higher ratios.

  9. Studies show that 60% of job seekers will leave a job application prior to completion due to complexity.
  10. A recent Talent Board study found that job applicants want more simplicity and transparency during the application process.
  11. 30% of all job seekers and 57% of more experienced job seekers will forgo filling out an application if it takes longer than 15 minutes to complete.
  12. Gone are the days when a simple phone call or text-based communication was enough. Nowadays, people want to feel the company of the people they are speaking to. Almost every major biz management tool has a video chat feature.
